Essential Requirements
- Minimum of GCSE qualifications, including English Language and Mathematics at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
- NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service and Administration, or equivalent knowledge.

- Familiarity with University Hospitals Dorset outpatient IT appointment systems, including eCAMIS / EPR.
