About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Nurse, you will provide high-quality care and support to patients with complex needs, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to patients, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, working closely with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in risk assessments and contribute to the development of risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with a current NMC registration, holding a good understanding of clinical practices and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. You will be a proactive and dedicated individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
