We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project River Restoration Specialist to lead our Sherbourne Valley project team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in restoring a third of the UK's land and seas for nature by 2030.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of sub-projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, timely completion, and effective management within budget.
  • Liaise with staff, volunteers, external partners, funders, and the general public to achieve project objectives.
  • Line manage the Sherbourne Valley Project Team, providing guidance and support as needed.

About the Role:

This permanent full-time position is based at Brandon Marsh Nature Centre, CV3 3GW, with agile working arrangements. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a unique project that brings the city's river back to the hearts and minds of the community through iconic restoration projects.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £37,729 - £45,814 per annum, reflecting your skills and experience.
  • A contributory pension scheme, offering up to 6% employer contribution (with 4.5% from employee).
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising after 2 years' service.
