Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Prospect Health. As a key member of our pharmacy leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy and ensuring that our patients receive exceptional service and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of pharmacy staff, including sales assistants and other employees.
  • Prepare and execute prescription orders for collection or delivery.
  • Order and manage pharmacy supplies, including inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient care.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm.
