Job Title: Conveyancing Paralegal

Alstern Solicitors Ltd is a reputable law firm based in Canary Wharf, specializing in Immigration, Conveyancing, Family Law, Wills, Trusts & Probate, and Corporate & Commercial Law.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Vietnamese-speaking individual to join our team as a Conveyancing Paralegal. The successful candidate will assist our solicitors in a range of legal matters, including immigration and conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist solicitors with immigration and conveyancing matters, including drafting legal correspondence and documents.
  • Manage client files, including opening and closing, in compliance with firm procedures.
  • Conduct legal research to monitor legal changes and support the firm's marketing activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering telephone calls and responding to client inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an immigration or conveyancing law firm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £21,000 (probation period) to £24,000 (upon successful completion).
