Recruitment Consultant Opportunity in UK Maintenance Engineering Sector

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Leicester, focusing on the UK Maintenance Engineering sector. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on candidate management and lead generation.

In this role, you will manage Preferred Supplier List (PSL) accounts and support a high-performing Business Development Manager. You will also be responsible for generating sales leads, expanding our candidate database, and accompanying the Business Development Manager on client visits and account reviews.

To succeed in this position, you should have at least 12 months of experience in a 360 recruitment role, with a strong focus on candidate management. While no new business development is required, familiarity with the full recruitment lifecycle is essential, along with comfort in lead generation and account management.
