Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of front of house staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Manage the front of house operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Front of House Supervisor or equivalent role in a similar industry.
