The client has been charged with multiple offences, but their family believes they are suffering from mental health issues that affected their behaviour. A report is needed to determine if the client's behaviour was affected by psychiatric issues and their current state of mind. The assessment will be carried out via MS Teams, and we have all case notes available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive mental health assessment of the client
  • Prepare a report detailing the client's current state of mind and any psychiatric issues that may have affected their behaviour
  • Collaborate with the client's family and legal team to ensure a thorough understanding of the client's situation
