Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Industrial Door Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Industrial Door Engineer to join our team at Quest Employment. As an Electro-Mechanical Industrial Door Engineer, you will be responsible for the routine maintenance and occasional repair of industrial door installations, as well as completing online service reports for finished works and recommendations to our Service team for any further works.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in maintaining other types of industrial door, such as Roller Shutters, High Speed Doors, Sectional Doors, Sliding Gates, etc. or possibly with a lift engineer or overhead crane engineer background. You will also need to have the ability to read engineering drawings, 18th Edition / Electrical qualifications, IPAF/DHF-trained, CSCS Card(s) with a strong understanding of working safely, and a Full UK Driving Licence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Routine maintenance of door installations
  • Occasional repair / parts replacement on door installations
  • Completing online service reports for finished works and recommendations to our Service team for any further works
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £43,000 per annum + overtime = discretionary PRP bonus (Salary review annually) and a realistic OTE of £55,000 per annum. You will also receive 33 days holiday per year (including bank holidays) and the opportunity to work with a global leader in the design, manufacture, and installation of industrial doors.
