Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Vaccine CMC Process Lead to join our team in Belgium-Rixensart or Italy - Siena, USA - Pennsylvania - Upper Providence. As a key member of our Vaccines Technical R&D (TRD) organization, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement projects and maintaining enterprise processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the review of Transversal processes against CMC benchmarks to identify gaps for improvement.
  • Work closely with TRD leaders and functional partners to design fit-for-purpose processes to improve CMC project delivery, including scheduling practices, budget management, risk management, resource management, critical path management, project monitoring, and knowledge management.
  • Continuously improve global ways of working to enable a resource-efficient and effective TRD organization.
  • Design and implement project management aspects to address knowledge management, projects risk management, and related documentation practices.

You will also support the development and deployment of the Vx CMC operating model, ensuring integration of Quality by Design principles, leveraging internal and external best practices, and aligning with the integrated vaccine plan.

Requirements
  • Advanced degree in project management, engineering sciences, or life sciences.
  • 8+ years of applicable project management experience in product development, manufacturing, and team management in industry, with sound experience in business process design.
  • Understanding of the framework within which a bio-pharmaceutical product/vaccine must be maintained in compliance (Authorities / Scientific / Business).
  • Significant experience in Stakeholder Management and Change Management Principles to drive smooth implementation and user adoption.
