What You'll Do

You will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning and maintaining guest and public areas to ensure our guests receive the best experience
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to guest requests and requirements
  • Working collaboratively with the housekeeping team to deliver high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • Setting up rooms pre-arrival to ensure guests feel instantly relaxed
  • Assisting with the turndown and night service for occupied rooms and suites
