About the RoleAs an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that promote the development of our children towards key milestones. You will also develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers, ensuring the welfare, protection, health, and safety of our children.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and carers through regular communication and updates
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our children at all times, adhering to safeguarding and child protection policies
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes learning and growth
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or preschool setting
- Passion for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements
