We are seeking a recent graduate to join our team as a teaching assistant in a fantastic school in Buckingham, Buckinghamshire. This is a long-term role with opportunities for progression and a competitive pay rate of £95-£100 per day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in the classroom and contribute to the development of a positive learning environment
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation, and help to implement the school's curriculum
- Work with pupils to identify and address their individual needs, and provide additional support where necessary
- Contribute to the school's community and participate in extracurricular activities
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a degree in a relevant subject
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
