Carpentry Specialist

A leading property business is seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to work in South Manchester and Cheshire on house renovations, modernisations and new developments. The initial sites will be based in Wilmslow and Alderley Edge.
This site-based role requires a strong background in joinery and, ideally, a relevant qualification (C&G, NVQ etc). A driving licence and own transport are essential due to the varied locations of work. The estimated salary for this position is around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out carpentry and joinery work on renovation, modernisation and new development projects
• Work safely and efficiently on-site, adhering to health and safety protocols
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure smooth project progression
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of carpentry and joinery techniques
• Relevant qualifications (C&G, NVQ etc)
• Driving licence and own transport
