About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Finance Officer to join our busy team. As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for calculating care charges based on Government guidance, regulations, and Council policies.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide clear explanations to customers about their care charges. You will also be responsible for verifying customer financial information, interpreting, and implementing guidance and policies to correctly calculate charges for care services.


Apart from your technical skills, you will need to possess a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. If you have a passion for finance and delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
