Senior Marketing Executive

The Role: Senior Marketing Executive

As a Senior Marketing Executive at Hireful, you will play a key role in developing and executing acquisition, customer, and partner-led marketing plans across a portfolio of brands. This position emphasizes building and nurturing strong relationships with partners and affiliates to drive joint marketing initiatives and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute cohesive marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels, including digital, social media, content, and events.
  • Oversee the end-to-end ownership of key campaigns and events, including strategy, planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Work closely with affiliates and partner communities to build strong relationships and drive joint marketing campaigns that drive lead volumes and increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor and measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights to shape future marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver the marketing plan in line with pre-agreed budgets, business objectives, and target audience needs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably across multiple brands and distribution strategies.
  • Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
