Role Overview:

We are seeking Academic Support Assistants to join our team of professionals in secondary schools across Farnborough. As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering pre-prepared lessons and supporting students' learning.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Supervising: Teach and supervise students across the age and attainment range at Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • Classroom Management: Deliver pre-prepared work to classes while maintaining effective classroom management and behaviour.
  • Student Support: Support students' learning and ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

Position Details:

  • Start Date: November 2024 (estimated).
  • Work Arrangements: Full-time and part-time roles available depending on your availability.
  • Eligibility: Suitable for graduates, unqualified teachers, and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs). UK residents only.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
