Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Real Staffing Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new manufacturing processes and improving existing ones to ensure high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
  • Conduct process audits and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality management systems
  • Provide technical assistance and support to the manufacturing floor to ensure production of quality products
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including DHF and DMR, to ensure smooth transfer to manufacturing
  • Participate in verification and validation activities to ensure new designs meet quality and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the medical sector
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CAD modeling software, such as SolidWorks or Altium
  • Ability to work onsite and travel when required
