Clinical Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Pottersway House Care Home. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care for our residents.

About the Role:

  • Lead the clinical care team to deliver exceptional care to our residents
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Contribute to the development of our care home's clinical strategy

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
