Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Technical Surfaces Limited. As a Sports Surface Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance processes to ensure the highest standard of sports surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks on sports surfaces, including cleaning, repairing, and replacing damaged areas.
  • Operate a range of ground maintenance vehicles, including tractors, mowers, and other equipment.
  • Filling out site reports and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Liaising with clients on site to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Driving company vehicles and adhering to our Health and Safety policy.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Synthetic turf maintenance, Greenkeeping, or Landscaping/grounds maintenance is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Valid driving license and ability to drive company vehicles.
