Weightmans is seeking a talented solicitor to enhance its Birmingham offering in health & safety, motor crime, and inquests work. Our Birmingham team was recently ranked as Tier 1 for Health and Safety work, and our National Regulatory Team is one of the largest in the country, recognised by clients and other lawyers as being one of the best.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake work in Health & Safety, Inquests, and Motor Crime, both in Birmingham and nationally.
- Support specialist lawyers practicing in environmental law, transport regulation, and public inquiries as and when needed.
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of relevant areas of regulatory law, updates, legislation, case reports, etc.
- Assist with business development initiatives, including delivering training, networking, and preparing articles.
- A passion for regulatory law is essential.
- Experience in some or all of: Health & Safety, Inquests, and Motor Crime.
