Job Title: Trade Branch Manager

About the Role:

As a Trade Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team and ensuring the effective operation of our trade branch. Your primary focus will be on developing relationships with customers, enhancing the sales and customer experience, and managing day-to-day branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a small team to achieve sales and branch targets
  • Develop relationships with customers and enhance the sales and customer experience
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations and the branch team
  • Support the regional teams with recruitment and training
  • Provide exceptional customer service and operational standards
Requirements:
  • Hands-on leadership style with a focus on driving team performance
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business targets
  • Customer-focused approach with a willingness to engage with potential customers
  • Commercial acumen to drive sales and maximize margins
  • Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
  • Full and valid driving license
