Job Description

Our Client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their team in Glasgow. As a Business Analyst with Agency Lending expertise, you will play a critical role in driving strategic and tactical change across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Executive stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver projects that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of agency lending processes and instruments, from front to back office.
  • Lead small teams to deliver projects, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering projects in the investment banking industry.
  • Experience in planning and delivering cross-business change projects, including IT change, in the Financial Services Sector.
  • Understanding of IT development processes and delivery lifecycles, with experience in testing.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading small teams to deliver to common goals.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
