Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team at Mitie. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our premises.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order
- Build knowledge and understanding of designated cleaning areas, including schedules and cleaning equipment
- Work within a team and under own initiative to deliver high-quality cleaning services
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
