Job Title: Team Member

At SSP Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our team at Starbucks, Belfast International Airport Terminal 1 Airside.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing a welcoming environment for our customers. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Bring the SSP values to life and embody the company's culture.
