About the Role:

BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled SHE Governance Professional to lead the maintenance and deployment of our SHE management system, aligned with BAE Systems Operational Framework and international standards (ISO45001, ISO14001). As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive SHE governance and advisory services, managing and developing teams of SHE & Facilities professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative SHE strategies and governance programs
  • Conduct impartial SHE assurance activities
  • Support the Sites, Facilities, and Infrastructure strategy
  • Provide technical expertise for site infrastructure and maintenance services

Requirements:

  • Strong technical understanding of contemporary safety, health, and environmental management standards
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience deploying and managing SHE & Facilities management systems across various operations
  • Experience managing diverse teams and projects
  • Experience managing complex SHE & Facilities projects within budget and time constraints

About the Company:
