We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Specialist to join our team at Intertek. As a Geotechnical Specialist, you will play a key role in the delivery of subsea cable and offshore renewables projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of subsea cable and offshore renewables projects
  • Providing technical expertise in geotechnical survey, cable installation, planning and design, risk assessment and project management
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical subject
  • Experience within the offshore hydrographic, geophysical and/or geotechnical survey industry or experience in the design and installation of subsea infrastructure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing
  • Familiarity with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements for offshore projects
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to varied and multiple project requirements
