We are seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor and Valuer to join our client, a family-owned firm of Chartered Surveyors and Valuers based in the South of England.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct residential property valuations and surveys with attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business growth and expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Associate RICS, MRICS, or FRICS accreditation (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in residential property valuation and surveying, with a strong understanding of the South of England market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
