At Cera Care, we're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you'll be supporting our clients in their own homes, providing personalized care and companionship that makes a real difference in their lives.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who is kind, patient, and understanding, with a genuine passion for supporting others. As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients, including assisting with personal care, managing medications, and helping with domestic tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and continence support
- Manage medications and assist with household tasks
- Provide companionship and reassurance to our clients
- Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients

Requirements
