About the Role

We're looking for someone who is kind, patient, and understanding, with a genuine passion for supporting others. As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients, including assisting with personal care, managing medications, and helping with domestic tasks.



Key Responsibilities


  • Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and continence support
  • Manage medications and assist with household tasks
  • Provide companionship and reassurance to our clients
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients

Requirements

To be successful as a Care Assistant, you'll need to have a genuine desire to support others, be kind and patient, and have good communication skills. You'll also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be flexible in your approach to care.
