About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Power Electronics Engineer to lead our team in designing and owning cutting-edge projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of power electronics and driving innovation in our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop optimized point-of-load converters for RF and digital modules, as well as standalone dc-dc converter modules.
  • Tackle complex power electronics challenges, including isolated and non-isolated DC-DC converters, solar power converters with maximum power point tracking, magnetics design, and system-level power management.
  • Own hardware designs from concept to production, including product roadmaps, block diagrams, PCB layouts, and in-orbit support.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative power electronics solutions.
  • Provide technical and professional mentorship to junior engineers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 9 years of industry or research experience in power electronics design, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven success in designing, testing, and deploying power electronics products.
  • Proficiency in Altium and PCB layout for power circuits.
  • Hands-on experience with lab instruments like oscilloscopes and spectrum analysers.
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Space electronics design and qualification.
  • Knowledge of EMI/EMC design and mitigation techniques.
