Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Specialist to join our client's growing team in Milton Keynes. As a Conveyancing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of sale and purchase conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages.
- Conducting thorough searches and due diligence on properties.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, transfers of title, and mortgage deeds.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals involved in the conveyancing process.
- Managing deadlines and ensuring transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Working as part of a team where you will be supported but will also support others in their absence.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a conveyancing / case handler / paralegal role.
- Strong understanding of conveyancing law and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using conveyancing software and legal databases.
