Global Growth Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a Global Growth Strategist to join our team at Give Me Cosmetics. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy that drives online growth, customer insight, and rapid global expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in managing high-volume B2C businesses and a proven track record of success in growth strategy. You will be a beauty enthusiast with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

You will oversee the creation, implementation, and maintenance of a powerful growth strategy across all channels. You will work closely with our creative and product teams to develop captivating marketing collateral that resonates with our target audience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a growth strategy that aligns with our business goals
  • Conducting market research to stay ahead of competitors and trends
  • Overseeing the creation of engaging content and advertising campaigns
  • Managing and growing our in-house marketing team
