Senior Building Safety Consultant Role

As the Senior Building Safety Consultant, you will oversee intricate projects, ensuring adherence to the Building Safety Act and CDM 2015 regulations while embedding safety and compliance throughout the design process. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Building Safety Consultant
  1. Deliver senior consultant duties in accordance with the Building Safety Act and CDM 2015 regulations.
  2. Provide expert guidance on design risk management, health & safety, and regulatory compliance.
  3. Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to integrate safety into the design and construction process.
  4. Develop and mentor a team of building safety specialists, fostering their professional growth.
  5. Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, producing fee proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  6. Conduct site inspections, audits, and design risk assessments.
Requirements and Benefits
  1. Extensive experience as a Senior Building Safety Consultant or in a similar role within design.
  2. Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act, CDM 2015 regulations, and health and safety best practices.
  3. NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification.
