About the Opportunity
Altrad Services Canada is seeking an experienced Insulation Supervisor to join our team at a prominent construction project in Canada. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to gain global experience on a large-scale LNG project.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of insulation technicians in the installation of cryogenic insulation systems
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and implement insulation plans
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Insulation Supervisor in the oil and gas industry
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving project goals
- Extensive knowledge of cryogenic insulation techniques and materials
- Ability to pass a cryogenic insulation VOC (Validation of Competence) upon mobilization to site
- UK citizenship and ability to obtain a Temporary Work Permit and VISA to work in Canada
