Job Title: Engineer Assessor

Are you a skilled Stairlift or Hoist Engineer looking to advance your career in a field-based surveying position within a nationwide healthcare company? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Engineer Assessor.

About the Role:

This varied role will see you travelling around a local patch, assisting Occupational Therapists in the assessment of clients' properties for their mobility needs. You will take measurements of the dimensions of the property to best advise which brands will be installed, assess weight and external factors that will affect the Engineers' install, and be responsible for completing 4 assessments per day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-installation assessments of stairlifts, ceiling hoists, and through-floor lifts
  • Work closely with Occupational Therapists to assess clients' mobility needs
  • Take measurements of properties to determine the best installation solutions
  • Assess weight and external factors that may affect the installation
  • Complete 4 assessments per day, with work scheduled in advance by the office team
