Security Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Guard to join our team at a leading education provider based in Oxford.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct tours to promote a safe and respectful environment.
- Supervise behavior across designated areas, ensuring a secure and orderly atmosphere.
- Monitor common rooms during break times, maintaining a watchful eye on student activity.
- Handle incidents involving unauthorized individuals on campus, taking swift and decisive action to maintain security.
- Build rapport with students, reporting those at risk to the safeguarding team.
- Report breaches of a code of conduct, upholding the highest standards of behavior.
- Communicate regularly with the Safeguarding and Tutorial Team to maintain a safe culture.
- Security experience, with a proven track record of maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Able to start ASAP, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Enhanced DBS, with a clean record and full rights to work in the UK.
- No previous convictions, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of behavior.
