Job Title: Senior Chemist - Quality Control

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chemist to join our team in Quality Control. As a Senior Chemist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and raw materials, and for leading and supporting the development of our quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily activities of lab technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of lab equipment and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Accountable for the quality control of all raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
  • Ensure sufficient inventory of lab chemicals and materials available for final and in-process quality control.
  • Lead and support in non-conforming product batch investigations.
  • Work closely with the warehouse to ensure timely approval of products for shipments.
  • Provide technical support to the operation department to achieve quality objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in chemistry and quality control.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
