Job Title: Personal Care Professional

About the Role:

You will be assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting the specific needs of residents. This includes supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care. As part of a team, you will support the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting changes.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Delivering exceptional care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  2. Supporting residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  3. Participating in a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  4. Maintaining accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory standards and guidelines.
