Our new entity will focus on accelerating the investment and development of digital solutions supporting the asset lifecycle, positioning Arcadis as a digital front runner in digitized asset management, cities, and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our infrastructure code base using Puppet.
  • Build deployment and testing pipelines with Jenkins.
  • Automate provisioning of our cloud infrastructure using CloudFormation and Puppet.
  • Support and improve our Docker-based development practice.
  • Help mature our DevOps culture and practices.
  • Show methodical approach in solving complex problems.
  • Foster an agile mindset in daily work.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Collaborative team player.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Extensive experience working with cloud-based infrastructures (AWS).
  • Experience with infrastructure provisioning tools, infrastructure as a service (e.g., AWS CloudFormation, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Packer, Terraform).
  • Willingness to learn and research technologies and solutions.
  • Experience with scripting and programming languages (mainly shell, Python, Ruby, but similar scripting experience).
  • Proficiency in building Linux systems (RHEL, Amazon Linux, Debian, etc.).
  • Passion for and ability to work with product development teams to enable and create our DevOps culture.
  • Experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins).
  • Experience with application servers, web servers, and databases.
  • Some experience with unit testing and automated testing tools.
  • Operational team experience.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
