About the Role:

CareTech Group is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent, aligning with CareTech's mission and values.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand departmental needs and provide expertise in recruitment best practices.
  • Utilize ATS and recruitment tools proficiently to track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and ATS.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
