Clinical Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at The Fremantle Trust. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents.

About the Role

The Clinical Deputy Manager will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in ensuring all resident and staffing needs are met. This will involve working closely with the Home Manager to embed a safe and welcoming environment for residents, their families, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to embed a safe and welcoming environment for residents, their families, employees, and visitors
  • Engage with key stakeholders to support change initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives to support the home in achieving a "good" or above rating by the CQC
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of CQC regulations and relevant legislation
  • Active and current Nursing PIN
  • RQF Level 3 in Care – or equivalent
  • Proven experience of effectively managing teams of internal staff
  • Relevant work experience in a residential care setting
