About the Role

Eastdil Secured, the largest independent commercial real estate investment bank in the world, is seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our Multihousing team in London.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to develop deep expertise in multihousing transactions, covering both debt and equity, and play a significant role in the underwriting process, creation and execution of marketing collateral, hands-on training of junior team members, as well as client and investor communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Underwriting: Work closely with senior team members on presentations and financial analysis, performing comprehensive and in-depth company, real estate, and market analysis.
  • Transaction Execution: Assist in the execution of transactions, including financial underwriting, due diligence review, and creation of marketing collateral.
  • Client and Investor Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors, communicating complex financial information and investment opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with junior team members, providing hands-on training and guidance to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of commercial real estate experience, brokerage experience, or a combination of both.
  • A BS/BA degree or higher.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects and manage priorities to conclusion within agreed-upon deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently produce high-quality work under tight time frames.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Dedication to building a career in the financial services industry with a focus on real estate finance and multihousing.
  • Strong market research experience and interest contributing to strategic planning and idea generation.
  • Fluency in German and/or French is a plus.
