Role OverviewAs a Retail Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for delivering great standards and providing an excellent customer experience. We're looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn and develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
