About the Role: M&E Quantity Surveyor

Cityscape is looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor for a major project. This role involves managing the financial aspects of the contract from estimation to final account. Key responsibilities include preparing and analysing cost reports, ensuring budget adherence, and making necessary adjustments based on project developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial management for M&E contracts, ensuring efficiency and adherence to budgets.
  • Assess budgets and make necessary adjustments based on project developments.
  • Generate monthly valuations for ongoing projects.
  • Prepare variation quotations to address project changes.
  • Attend client and site meetings to facilitate effective communication and project progress.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years' proven experience in Quantity Surveying within the M&E sector.

ONC, HNC, BSc, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.

Proficiency in financial management, budget analysis, and cost estimation techniques.
