About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our team as a Wastewater Network Modeller. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our wastewater network models, ensuring efficient and reliable water resources for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain wastewater network models using advanced integrated catchment modelling software such as InfoWorks ICM.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities to drive performance and improve customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver desired outcomes and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop leadership, financial, and communications skills to support regulatory compliance and capital programmes.
Requirements
  • A minimum 2:1 BSc, BEng or BA degree in an engineering, environmental, hydrological or mathematical discipline.
  • Demonstrated interest and ability in numerical computational analysis and evidence of engagement in wastewater environmental interests.
  • An excellent team player with ambition and drive.
  • Strong written and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels of business and technical understanding.
  • Great problem-solving skills with ability to apply innovative solutions to difficult challenges.
  • Knowledgeable and interested in wastewater networks.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive starting salary of £30,000, 26 days of annual leave (increasing to 30 days after four years), plus bank holidays. Our benefits package includes private healthcare, discounted gym membership, flexible holidays, and an award-winning pension scheme.
