About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Frasers. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise sales turnover and identify opportunities to improve performance
  • Manage and motivate the performance of the team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded

  • Previous retail experience within the premium sector is preferred

  • Awareness of the local area and market trends
