Job Title: Senior Crane & Lifting Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:
Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a skilled Senior Crane & Lifting Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Bedford. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards of our clients' crane and lifting equipment are met.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of crane & lifting equipment to identify any defects or issues
- Perform maintenance and repairs as needed to ensure equipment is in good working condition
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and develop solutions to meet them

Requirements:
- HNC (or Equivalent) in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Marine or Automotive Engineering
- Proven experience in maintaining, servicing and repairing crane & lifting equipment
- Knowledge of LOLER & PUWER regulations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
