Job Title: Senior Public Relations Manager - Luxury Hotel Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Public Relations Manager to join our team at MODE SEARCH Ltd. in the luxury hotel industry. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive PR strategy that enhances our hotel's image and position within the marketplace.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Co-create, implement, and measure the success of a marketing, communications, and public relations programme.
  • Oversee all hotel marketing, communications, and public relations activities and materials.
  • Ensure the articulation of our hotel's desired image and position, consistent communication of image and position throughout the hotel.
  • Coordinate media interest in the hotel and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
  • Evaluate brand partners for cultural programmes, conceptualise, implement, and coordinate a calendar of events to ensure the hotel remains a cultural epicentre.
  • Coordinate the appearance of all hotel print and electronic materials to be 'on brand'.
  • Stay informed of developments in the fields of marketing, communications, public relations, and the specific business of the hotel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic PR with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with partners.
  • Preferable exposure and experience of being part of a pre-opening/launch team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development and modelling inclusive behaviours.
  • Strong existing connections within the press and influencer communities.
  • Highly social, energetic, and present at industry events.
  • Strong strategic and operational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
