We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Compliance Administrator to join our compliance team in Iver.

This role will involve managing online tracker systems, utilizing contracts work management systems, and producing final version aslaid plans.

About the Role:

  • Ensure all documentation and information is compiled correctly and comprehensively for each project.
  • Manage online tracker system to ensure all information is captured.
  • Utilize contracts work management system to manage and progress projects to completion.
  • Data processing and entry.
  • Photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing of various documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an office admin role.
  • Experience dealing with general public, customers, and clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, organization skills, and able to work to deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize own workload and manage expectations.
  • Attention to detail.
