Night Care Nurse Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Care Nurse to join our team at New Elmcroft care home in Shoreham by Sea.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents during the night shift, including assessing patients' health and care needs, developing care plans, administering medication, and providing emotional support to service users and their families.

Requirements

  • NMC registered nurse
  • Experience working in elderly care, including caring for patients with Alzheimer's and other dementia-related conditions
  • Knowledge of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative
  • Commitment to continuing professional development
